JCA Circuits draws from an extensive library of information, knowledge base, and numerous reliable resources to be able to offer this option in your pursuit for excellence in music. I have been designing, fabricating, and building my own high end guitar amplifiers and hifi audio systems since 1994. I am a one man shop and am able to offer old world craftsmanship and attention to detail specific your special project. I insist on doing things in the most rational, efficient, and exact manner possible. There is no other shop in the world that you can have this done as easily, affordably, and as perfectly done as you can with my shop. Our competitors could never perform this type of work because most have investors to keep happy, bean counters on the payroll, and are only worried about maximizing profits on their $0.37 pots and $0.02 resistors. You get the picture.

JCA Circuits will design and fabricate an amplifier specific to your needs. I am able to offer exotic materials to satisfy all of your aesthetic, tonal, and tactile desires. I can acquire and use the most esoteric components/materials for your special amplifier design. I can maximize the visual aesthetics of your prized creation. Our creations are only limited by the imagination. This is very similar to what a custom auto or motorcycle shop will be able to offer. I have the resources, knowledge, and ability to make any design a reality. While a completely custom amplifier will generally cost more money and take more time to produce than a production amplifier, the results can be well worth the extra expense since the end result is completely inspired and individual amplifier tailored only for you.

As a couple examples of folks who provide JCA Circuits with our superior OEM parts for our amps: Our talented cabinet builder has extensive covering/cabinetry options. He is also able to build just about anything perfectly--the first time. I love his work and have been buying his cabinet products since 2000. Also, The machinists I like to use are quite brilliant and able to fabricate most items I have ever required for a reasonable price and timeframe because they enjoy the projects as much as I do. It also helps that all three of the folks in the shop are absolutely brilliant people as well as possessing a true love for music. I have happily been doing business with their shop since 1995.

Custom Amplifier Shop Rates

A completely custom amplifier design could easily range from as little as $1,500.00 for a simple design all the way up to the stars for a complex, highly embellished design. It really depends on what you have in mind.
